นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าแอปพลิเคชัน PugEV (“แอป”, “เรา”) เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณอย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (“PDPA”)
1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
แอป PugEV พัฒนาและดำเนินการโดยนักพัฒนาอิสระ ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ติดต่อเรื่องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ที่อีเมล [email protected]
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
2.1 ข้อมูลบัญชี (เมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบ)
เมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google, LINE หรือ Apple เราได้รับและจัดเก็บ:
- ชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์ (ตามที่ผู้ให้บริการเข้าสู่ระบบส่งมา)
- รหัสประจำตัวบัญชี (identifier) จากผู้ให้บริการรายนั้น
- ชื่อที่แสดง (alias) ที่คุณตั้งเองในแอป และเวลาเข้าสู่ระบบล่าสุด
คุณสามารถใช้ฟีเจอร์หลักของแอป (ดูแผนที่ ค้นหาสถานี) ได้โดยไม่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบ
2.2 เนื้อหาที่คุณสร้าง
- รีวิว คะแนน และรูปภาพที่คุณอัปโหลด
- รายการสถานีโปรด และทริปที่บันทึกไว้
- บันทึกการชาร์จที่คุณกรอกเอง (เช่น ค่าใช้จ่าย จำนวนหน่วยไฟ เปอร์เซ็นต์แบตเตอรี่ ผู้ให้บริการ วันเวลา)
2.3 ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (ขอความยินยอมแยกต่างหาก)
หากคุณให้ความยินยอม เราใช้ตำแหน่งของอุปกรณ์เพื่อ:
- แสดงสถานีชาร์จใกล้คุณและระยะทางบนแผนที่
- คำนวณเส้นทางและเวลาเดินทางโดยประมาณ (พิกัดถูกส่งไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเพื่อคำนวณเส้นทาง แต่ไม่ถูกจัดเก็บเป็นประวัติตำแหน่ง)
คุณเปิดหรือปิดการเข้าถึงตำแหน่งได้ตลอดเวลาในหน้าตั้งค่าของแอปหรือการตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ การปิดจะทำให้ฟีเจอร์ที่ต้องใช้ตำแหน่งใช้งานไม่ได้ แต่ไม่กระทบการใช้แอปส่วนอื่น
2.4 ข้อมูลการใช้งานเพื่อพัฒนาบริการ (opt-in — ปิดโดยค่าเริ่มต้น)
หากคุณให้ความยินยอมในหัวข้อ “การเก็บข้อมูลการใช้งาน” เราเก็บเหตุการณ์การใช้งาน เช่น คำค้นหา สถานีที่เปิดดู และบริเวณแผนที่ที่ใช้งาน โดยมีมาตรการลดความเสี่ยงดังนี้:
- พิกัดถูกตัดความละเอียดบนอุปกรณ์ก่อนส่งออก เหลือระดับพื้นที่ประมาณ 150 เมตร – 1.2 กิโลเมตร เราไม่จัดเก็บตำแหน่ง GPS ที่แท้จริง และเซิร์ฟเวอร์ปฏิเสธข้อมูลที่ละเอียดเกินกำหนด
- ที่อยู่ IP ถูกเก็บแบบหยาบ (ระดับเครือข่ายหรือประเทศ) ไม่เก็บ IP เต็ม
- ข้อมูลดิบถูกลบตามรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เหลือเพียงสถิติรวมที่ไม่ระบุตัวตน
หากไม่ให้ความยินยอม จะไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนนี้เลย และแอปใช้งานได้ตามปกติ
2.5 ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคและความปลอดภัย
- บันทึกการให้ความยินยอม — เมื่อคุณยอมรับ ปฏิเสธ หรือถอนความยินยอมใด ๆ เราบันทึกการตัดสินใจ เวอร์ชันเอกสาร วันเวลา ที่อยู่ IP และข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานตามที่ PDPA กำหนด
- รายงานข้อขัดข้อง (crash report) — เมื่อแอปทำงานผิดพลาด ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค (รุ่นอุปกรณ์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ เวอร์ชันแอป และรายละเอียดข้อผิดพลาด) ถูกส่งไปยังบริการ Sentry เพื่อช่วยเราแก้ไขปัญหา
- การยืนยันความสมบูรณ์ของแอป — เราใช้ Firebase App Check เพื่อยืนยันว่าคำขอมาจากแอปของแท้ เป็นการป้องกันการโจมตีระบบ
2.6 เว็บไซต์ pugev.com
เว็บไซต์นี้แยกจากตัวแอป และใช้ Google Analytics เพื่อนับจำนวนผู้เข้าชมและดูว่าหน้าไหนถูกเปิดบ้าง สิ่งที่เก็บเป็นสถิติการเข้าชมในภาพรวม เช่น หน้าที่เปิด แหล่งที่มาของผู้เข้าชม ประเภทอุปกรณ์ และพื้นที่โดยประมาณ
- ข้อมูลส่วนนี้ไม่ถูกเชื่อมกับบัญชีผู้ใช้ในแอป และไม่ถูกใช้เพื่อโฆษณา
- Google เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลนี้ในฐานะผู้ให้บริการ ภายใต้นโยบายของ Google เอง
- หากไม่ต้องการให้เก็บ ปิดได้ด้วยส่วนขยาย Google Analytics Opt-out ของเบราว์เซอร์ หรือบล็อกคุกกี้/สคริปต์จากเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ ซึ่งไม่กระทบการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ส่วนอื่น
การตั้งค่าความยินยอมในแอป (หัวข้อ 2.4) เป็นคนละส่วนกับเว็บไซต์ และไม่มีผลต่อกัน

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อบุคคลภายนอก
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และไม่นำไปใช้โฆษณา เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะกรณีต่อไปนี้:
- ผู้ให้บริการเข้าสู่ระบบ (Google, LINE, Apple) — ตามกลไกการยืนยันตัวตน อยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละราย
- ผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน — เซิร์ฟเวอร์ พื้นที่จัดเก็บไฟล์ (เช่น รูปรีวิว) บริการรายงานข้อขัดข้อง (Sentry) และบริการยืนยันความสมบูรณ์ของแอป (Firebase) ซึ่งประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของเราเท่านั้น
- บริการแผนที่และข้อมูลสถานที่ — คำขอค้นหาสถานที่และเส้นทางถูกประมวลผลผ่านเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราไปยังผู้ให้บริการแผนที่ โดยไม่แนบตัวตนของคุณ
- ตามกฎหมาย — เมื่อมีคำสั่งโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายจากหน่วยงานรัฐหรือศาล
รีวิว คะแนน ชื่อที่แสดง และรูปโปรไฟล์ของคุณจะปรากฏต่อผู้ใช้รายอื่นในแอปโดยลักษณะของฟีเจอร์เอง
5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา
- ข้อมูลบัญชีและเนื้อหาที่คุณสร้าง — เก็บตลอดระยะเวลาที่คุณมีบัญชี
- ข้อมูลการใช้งานดิบ — ลบอัตโนมัติตามรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด (คงเหลือเฉพาะสถิติรวมที่ไม่ระบุตัวตน)
- บันทึกการให้ความยินยอม — เก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐานตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด แม้หลังลบบัญชี
6. การลบบัญชีและสิทธิ์ของคุณ
คุณลบบัญชีได้ด้วยตนเองในแอปที่หน้าตั้งค่าบัญชี เมื่อลบแล้ว ข้อมูลบัญชี เนื้อหา และข้อมูลการใช้งานที่ผูกกับบัญชีของคุณจะถูกลบ ยกเว้นบันทึกการให้ความยินยอมซึ่งเก็บเป็นหลักฐานตามกฎหมาย
ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิ์:
- ขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ
- ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง
- ขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล
- ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล
- คัดค้านหรือขอระงับการประมวลผล
- ถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลา (ผ่านหน้าตั้งค่าในแอป) โดยไม่กระทบการประมวลผลที่ทำไปแล้วก่อนถอน
- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)
ใช้สิทธิ์ได้โดยติดต่อ [email protected] เราจะดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด
7. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
เราใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคที่เหมาะสมเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลของคุณ เช่น การเข้ารหัสการเชื่อมต่อ (TLS พร้อม certificate pinning) การจัดเก็บ token ในพื้นที่ปลอดภัยของอุปกรณ์ การจำกัดสิทธิ์เข้าถึงระบบหลังบ้าน และการตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ของแอปก่อนรับคำขอ
8. ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์
แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเก็บข้อมูลของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากเราทราบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าวโดยไม่มีความยินยอมที่ถูกต้อง เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้นโดยเร็ว
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญ แอปจะแสดงนโยบายฉบับใหม่ให้คุณอ่านและยอมรับก่อนใช้งานต่อ เวอร์ชันและวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ระบุไว้ที่ด้านบนของเอกสารนี้

This policy explains how the PugEV application (the “app”, “we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (the “PDPA”).
1. Data controller
The PugEV app is developed and operated by an independent developer, acting as the data controller. For personal data matters, contact [email protected].
2. What we collect
2.1 Account data (when you sign in)
When you sign in with Google, LINE or Apple, we receive and store:
- Your name, email and profile picture (as provided by the sign-in provider).
- The account identifier from that provider.
- The display name (alias) you set in the app, and your last sign-in time.
You can use the app’s core features — viewing the map, searching for stations — without signing in at all.
2.2 Content you create
- Reviews, ratings and photos you upload.
- Your favourite stations and saved trips.
- Charging entries you fill in yourself (cost, kWh, battery percentage, operator, date and time).
2.3 Location (consented separately)
If you give consent, we use your device location to:
- Show charging stations near you, and distances on the map.
- Calculate routes and estimated travel times. Coordinates are sent to our server to compute the route, but are not stored as a location history.
You can turn location access on or off at any time in the app’s settings or your device settings. Turning it off disables features that need location, but does not affect the rest of the app.
2.4 Usage data, to improve the service (opt-in — off by default)
If you consent under “usage analytics”, we record usage events such as search terms, stations opened, and the map areas used, with the following safeguards:
- Coordinates are reduced in precision on the device before they are sent, down to an area of roughly 150 metres to 1.2 kilometres. We do not store your true GPS position, and the server rejects data that is more precise than allowed.
- IP addresses are kept coarse (network or country level). Full IP addresses are not stored.
- Raw data is deleted on a fixed schedule, leaving only anonymous aggregate statistics.
If you do not consent, none of this is collected, and the app works as normal.
2.5 Technical and security data
- Consent records — when you accept, decline or withdraw any consent, we record the decision, the document version, the date and time, the IP address and device information, as evidence required by the PDPA.
- Crash reports — when the app fails, technical information (device model, operating system, app version and error details) is sent to Sentry to help us fix the problem.
- App integrity — we use Firebase App Check to verify that requests come from the genuine app, which protects the system from attack.
2.6 The pugev.com website
This website is separate from the app, and uses Google Analytics to count visitors and see which pages get opened. What it records is aggregate visit statistics: pages opened, where visitors came from, device type and approximate area.
- None of it is linked to an app account, and none of it is used for advertising.
- Google processes this as a service provider, under its own policies.
- If you would rather not be counted, the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on stops it, as does blocking cookies or scripts in your browser. Neither affects the rest of the site.
The consent settings in the app (section 2.4) are separate from the website and do not affect each other.

4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We disclose data only in these cases:
- Sign-in providers (Google, LINE, Apple) — as part of authentication, under each provider’s own policy.
- Infrastructure providers — servers, file storage (for example review photos), crash reporting (Sentry) and app integrity (Firebase), which process data only on our instructions.
- Mapping and place-data services — place searches and route requests are processed through our servers to the map provider, without attaching your identity.
- By law — on a lawful order from a government authority or a court.
Your reviews, ratings, display name and profile picture are visible to other users in the app, by the nature of the feature itself.
5. Retention
- Account data and content you create — kept for as long as you have an account.
- Raw usage data — deleted automatically on a fixed schedule, leaving only anonymous aggregate statistics.
- Consent records — kept as evidence for the period the law requires, even after account deletion.
6. Deleting your account, and your rights
You can delete your account yourself in the app, under account settings. Once deleted, your account data, content and usage data tied to your account are deleted, except consent records, which are kept as legal evidence.
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and request a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Request erasure or destruction of your data.
- Request data portability.
- Object to, or request restriction of, processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, through the app’s settings, without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

7. Data security
We use appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS with certificate pinning), storing tokens in the device’s secure storage, restricting backend access, and verifying app integrity before accepting requests.
8. Children’s data
This app is not intended to collect data from children under 13. If we learn that such data has been collected without valid consent, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When a change is significant, the app will show you the new version to read and accept before you continue. The version and effective date are stated at the top of this document.
